Dr. Bulger attended Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, completing his Internal Medicine and Anesthesiology Residency at Emory University, as well as, his pain management fellowship at Penn State. He is board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in pain management and anesthesiology. Through the years, Dr. Bulger observed how beneficial it is to empower patients to make healthy life-style choices and to stay active. His passion for helping people discover true health is the product of 40 years in health care, leading to his belief that there are real, concrete steps to achieve optimal health, rather than waiting to be overcome by age-related disease. To Dr. Bulger, vitality means having the power to wake up every morning and realize that you ARE ready to face the challenges of that day. We are here to provide knowledge and access to therapies that will let this happen. Dr. Bulger cares deeply for each patient and will devote the time necessary to build a strong physician-patient relationship. This is the true value of what we do at Dallas Vitality 360, and it all stems from Dr. Bulger’s personality and expertise. Dr. Bulger lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Jaclyn and daughter Caroline. Crystal Ward is our board certified, adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner. She lives in Dallas with her husband and two young sons. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2014, Crystal spent 8 years working as a registered nurse in a critical care setting. It was during these formative years of her career that she was exposed to the devastating effects of poor lifestyle habits and neglect can have on someone’s health. From these experiences, it became evident how vital it is to care for your body as a whole, including your mental, physical, spiritual, and sexual wellness.
Since joining the DV360 team in the summer of 2018, Crystal has developed our Nutritional IV Therapy Program, along with our Aesthetics Program. We are very excited to have a female practitioner on our staff and to offer additional services, including pellets for bioidentical hormone therapy, to care for our patient’s health. Crystal thoughtfully cares for each of our patients in a down to earth manner, utilizing a holistic approach. Working directly with Dr. Bulger and our entire staff, you will receive a collaborative approach that offers many years of experience and a very caring and involved style to medicine.
