Our Integrative Approach:
We have adopted an integrative approach, combining conventional wisdom and medications with a holistic view of your health, utilizing alternative and complementary therapies. We work to get to the root cause of your health issues and spend a lot of time listening to our patients.
Our Concierge Service:
Our entire team is involved in your health care management. At your first evaluation, Dr. Bulger and Crystal Ward NP spend up to 2 hours with you completing a physical exam and reviewing your family history, medical history, and lab testing. Our nutritionist Shyler Landry will spend an additional hour with you to review your dietary habits and overall lifestyle. In addition to our practitioners, our executive assistant Hannah Atchison and our patient liaison Cecilia Fonseca will coordinate your health care, making healthy living as convenient as possible.
We are not considered a primary care practice. If you need to see a specialist, you will be referred appropriately. The costs associated with the services provided by specialists or any other healthcare provider outside of DV360 are not covered by your DV360 membership.
While our program does not require the knowledge or consent of your primary care physician, we believe everyone participating in your health-care should be well informed. In many cases, we enjoy working in conjunction with your primary care physician, communicating with them on a regular basis to coordinate your treatment plan.
Outside of scheduled visits within our office, the primary mode of communication with our care team is messaging. We answer quickly during the week (within 24 – 48 hours) and always have a doctor on call. We are often able to take care of issues without the need for a visit. We are not available for same-day emergency appointments. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your local urgent care or Emergency Room.
The best way to see if we are a good fit for you is to schedule a meet and greet with Dr. Bulger or Crystal Ward NP. We spend an hour with you to learn about your health history and introduce you to our team. Each patient has a unique situation. Here are some common symptoms you might be experiencing that we can help with:
We do not accept any form of health insurance. Insurance companies don’t recognize our membership model, and unfortunately, many complementary and alternative therapies are not covered by insurance. However, we can provide paperwork for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance. You can also pay for your membership using FSA/HSA dollars. Some prescriptions may be covered by your individual insurance. Your pharmacy will work with you to let you know if this is the case.
A DV360 membership does not replace health insurance. We recommend all members maintain a separate health insurance plan of their choosing.
Your doctor will work with you to customize testing orders based on your health needs and personal preferences. Costs for blood work and specialty tests are not included in the membership price. Specialty tests range in cost from $200-$1000. These tests, however, are completely optional.
